All drivers and jockeys are employed directly by AW Window Transport Pty Ltd. This provides our customers with a highly professional and courteous service to themselves and onto your customers, whilst adhering to our high standard of service and the standard of service that the industry demands.
All trucks and trailers are company owned and maintained by a company employed, highly trained mechanic, to ensure minimal disruption to our delivery commitments to you the customer.
All new employees are taking through a rigorous induction process in both the handling and safety requirements in this highly specialised field of transport to ensure that all your products are handled with the up most care.
As part of our customised service to you, all our trucks have been issued with digital cameras. When a delivery has been completed photographs will be taken of all of the delivery once on site. You the customer can then request a copy of these photographs at any point if there are any issues in regards to your delivery.
Further adding to our specialised service, all our trucks are fully insured and are fitted out with Intellitrac tracking devices, allowing us to pinpoint at any one time, exactly where your delivery is. This is a great help for when your customer is requesting an ETA on a delivery, just simply give us a call and we will quickly tell you exactly where the truck is and how far away it is from your delivery destination.
